We are exporting, manufacturing & supplying Ultra Fine Mill from Vasai, Maharashtra, India. This is a screenless pulveriser used for grinding soft to medium hard materials into super-fine powder. The industrial grinding machine has a built-in water jacket to keep down the temperature in the machine chamber.
This grinding machine is generally used for super fine grinding of food dyes, industrial dyes, vat dyes, dye intermediates, pharma drugs, chemicals etc. The feed is through a feeder screw that feeds material centrally into the machine chamber. The grinding takes place due to attrition between a high-speed rotating rotor having six arms with wear resistant tips and side liners on both sides of the tip and also a turbo effect.Hence this ultra fine grinding mill is sometimes referred to Turbo Mill.

Case Study A factory in Egypt intends to set up a talc and calcium carbonate powder processing plant, and they heard about Zenith from our old clients there, so they have interest to cooperate with us. Their requirement is powder fineness 1250 mesh and capacity 1.5 tons per hour.
Solution and Conclusion According to their needs, we recommend them to use our XZM221 Ultrafine mill for this project. XZM Ultrafine mill is our specially designed machine for superfine size 325-2500mesh. It is a complete plant including small hammer crusher, bucket elevator, hopper, vibrating feeder, classifier, pulse bag filter, cyclone collector, pipes and all necessary parts. The small model XZM221 can reach capacity about 1.2-2 t/h when output size is 1250mesh; Under the guidance of our engineer, they have finished the installation and commission successfully. Now the plant is running stably, and they are very satisfied with it.
Case Study A mining company in India intends to produce calcium carbonate powder with fineness of 5-10 micron; Required capacity is 1.0 ton per hour. They had a Raymond mill which can not meet their desired fineness. The feeding size of the raw stone is 12"-14". They have a primary 16"10" jaw crusher. Based on customers situation, we recommended full set of XZM221 Ultrafine mill for their requirement. The mill was installed in 2009 and is running perfectly in India now.
Production Process Raw material of 12"-14" size is primarily crushed by the clients jaw crusher down to 2" and then enters our hammer crusher PC400300, after secondary crushing, it will be less than 0.4", and discharged to bucket elevator. The elevator sends the material to storage hopper, theres a vibrating feeder under the hopper, the feeder feeds material to main unit of XZM221 mill evenly and continuously. When the material being ground in the mill, the blower blows the powder to classifier, the classifier impeller is rotating at adjustable speed which is controlled from control cabinet, as per clients requirement, powder less than 10 micron will be separated by classifier, and bigger powder falls down, being reground over and over again. 10micron and less than 10micron powder then go to the cyclone collector with the air from blower and be collected in the cyclone collector. Powder will be discharged from the discharge valve to become the final products. The bag filter will clean the outgoing air to protect the environment.
